No work will begin until payment is received.

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be accepted after production begins.

Customers must ensure all artwork uploaded is owned by them or that they have the necessary rights and permissions.

You agree not to upload or request printing of content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, illegal, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your submitted designs but grant us a limited license to use the design for production and order fulfillment.

We do not claim ownership over your designs.

Unauthorized use of our website content, logos, trademarks, or proprietary materials is prohibited.

6. Product & Print Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary from what is shown on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes.

We do not guarantee exact color matches to digital previews.

We are not liable for defects caused by artwork that does not meet our specifications.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses.

Import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our separate Refund Policy.

Defective products may be eligible for reprint or refund at our discretion, provided the issue is reported within a specified timeframe.
