Step 1: Artwork Submission

Step 2: DTF Film Printing

Your artwork is printed onto a specialized PET film using professional-grade DTF printers and premium inks. This step ensures rich color saturation and precise detail on every design.

Step 3: Adhesive Powder & Curing

A heat-activated adhesive powder is applied to the printed film and carefully cured. This creates a strong bond that allows the design to adhere smoothly and permanently to the fabric.

Step 4: Heat Press Transfer

The prepared film is aligned on the garment and applied using a heat press at controlled temperature and pressure. This step transfers the design directly into the fabric for a clean, professional finish.

Step 5: Quality Check & Final Press
