At Phoenix Wa LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Because each item is made specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review the details of your order before completing your purchase.

Custom Printed Items

Since all custom printed apparel is made to order, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Approved design or artwork issues

Minor color variations between screen and print

We truly appreciate your understanding, as personalized products cannot be resold.

If There’s an Issue with Your Order

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item with:

A printing error, or A manufacturing defect please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

Blank (Non-Printed) Apparel

Returns or exchanges for blank apparel may be accepted only if the item is defective.

Sizing issues or personal preference are not eligible.

Exchanges

Because custom items are printed specifically for each order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

Approved cases will be handled through a replacement or reprint.

Shipping-Related Issues

While we carefully package every order, shipping delays or damage caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Refunds

Refunds are rare for custom items but may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
